Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the practices of NH Technologies LLC regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for NicheHunter subscriptions. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to NicheHunter are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason
  • This applies to all subscription plans and billing periods (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
  • Unused time on a subscription is not refundable
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service, non-usage, or forgetting to cancel does not entitle you to a refund

We encourage you to carefully evaluate the Service and review your selected plan before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining portion of your billing period

3. Plan Changes

3.1 Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan:

  • You will receive immediate access to additional features
  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • Future charges will reflect your new plan rate

3.2 Downgrades

When downgrading to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You will retain access to your current plan features until then
  • No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), please contact our support team at support@nichehunter.com within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors on our part will be corrected. This is the sole exception to the no-refund policy and applies only to erroneous charges, not to properly billed subscription fees.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may result in immediate termination of your account. In most cases, we can resolve issues more quickly by working with you directly.

6. Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or other charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
